The way Eye is functioning

                                             To know the way our eye is functioning one can simply think about a Digital camera.
One Digital camera is consisted with basically 2 systems,-
                                                                            1) Optical system
                                                                            2) Electronic Circuit system



1) Optical System is allowing the light to enter into the camera
                                        &
2) Electronic Circuit system is receiving the light (power) and creating (transforming) an Image.

In this picture we can easily make out that the Cornea & Lens is working as Optical System of the Eye       then  Retina can be considered as the device which is receiving the light and Optic nerve is carrying the charge or seance to brain.      So retina - Optic Nerve- Brain is Working as the  Electronic Circuit system.
